After working as a registered nurse in the specialty field of psychiatric and mental health nursing in both a military setting and then within community and civilian hospital settings as a mental health clinician, Troy Reeves established Anchor of Hope in the fall of 2017. Passionately working holistically for the past decade of nursing, Troy later pursued a second and third post-graduate specialty in faith community nursing (aka Parish Nursing) as well as executive coaching to continue in his commitment to meet clients where they are at, regardless of their background or adherence to or lack of faith. In his free time, Troy enjoys practicing his board gaming skills with friends and family!

Picture yourself standing at the dark edges of your trauma, devastation and fears, terrified that these shadows will swallow you alive, unsure if you can even survive facing them. Having travelled a similar journey, Michelle knows how important it is to have someone walk with you, shining light in the dark corners, showing you how to find firm footing and guiding you towards finding joy and purpose on the other side. Working from a practical, strengths-based perspective, she will help you figure out the reasons why you think, do and react as you do and discover new ways of interacting with yourself, others and your environment. In her time outside the office, Michelle loves reading, binge watching Gilmore Girls and hanging out with her husband and kids.
